The resort provides a peaceful retreat away from the crowded areas, boasting spacious rooms with large bathrooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The free shuttle service to Echo Beach is a definite plus, making it easy to enjoy the nearby attractions. However, the dining experience wasn’t great, with slow service and limited quality in food preparation. Also, there are issues with plastic waste management that left a less-than-ideal impression.

Our stay started off wonderfully with a hotel driver picking us up after our long flight. The suite we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the breakfast buffet was a delight. On the downside, our experience took a turn during a separate stay where multiple issues impacted our honeymoon, including leaks in our room, uncomfortable beds, and unresponsive service at the restaurant.
